I literally can’t stop thinking about how good the beef burrito was. Made super fast and comes with free tortilla chips. There isn’t anywhere to sit and eat, just a heads up

This place is awesome. Idk if it’s authentic but it tastes really good. The quesadilla is so flavorful and portion size is quite good. Definitely a must try spot if you are looking for a quick lunch.

Fresh meat and fresh salsa, nice peeps. You can call ahead and place an order, as wait time can be long, and seem long when you are waiting for delicious tacos. We appreciate that unlike places like Lulu's, you can see/hear them chopping fresh onion, cilantro for your tacos. No fermented or frozen defrosted onions here! If you don't like the authentic pineapple slice on your Al pastor, you can easily pull it off, it's not mixed in like some places. Al pastor does have some hunks of pure fat but that seems to be unavoidable in these parts. (We order 1-2 extra tacos bc sometimes you get more than a handful of gristle and/or pure fat chunks, unfortunately this happens with all street tacos in these parts) I can smell some odor of Manteca/piggy smell from the tortilla at times, and it goes without saying, if you go later in the day there is more charred burnt black bits which some people like. We go earlier before noon bc we don't. We still go to La Plaza for tacos, where they are generous with radish slices, but the green salsa is better at Pino Suárez. This truck is a godsend for those who live in the Dean across the street. For years they said a sandwich coffee cafe, core yoga, sushi, etc. was supposed to open in the retail space but they all pulled out. Now if they were only open earlier for breakfast. I would gladly buy their chorizo tacos and add my own eggs, peppers, potatoes .

Best Mexico City tacos in the bay area, period. You won't find tasteless huge flour tortillas here, or monstrous burritos filled with creme. I wish they had an actual restaurant.

THE BEST burrito and tacos I’ve ever had. I’m not over exaggerating: everything about them is absolutely perfect. The bright, fresh avocados and tomatoes. The satisfying crunch of the onions. The way the tender meat melts in your mouth. And the way everything’s evenly distributed so each bite is perfect. Also $3 a taco?? They looked so good I ate them before getting a photo. Do yourself a favor and try them, you’ll thank me later.

EDIT: this is the best taco food truck in the Mountain View area. Trust me I tried all of them at least twice. This place is literally insane I go here like once a week at minimum their salsas are soooo good and actually spicy. Love their al pastor. Also so ridiculously affordable 3 tacos were less than 10$ so grateful this place exists everyone in Mountain View should support them

Super Tacos Food Truck is a vibrant gem nestled in Mountain View, CA, serving up some of the most authentic Mexican street food in the Bay Area. Located at 2605 Miller Ave, this food truck has earned a loyal following for its standout dishes like Tacos Al Pastor, Tacos Cabesa, and the ever-refreshing Coca Cola that perfectly complements each savory bite.

What truly sets Super Tacos apart is the freshness and care evident in every taco. The meats are freshly chopped on site, with onions and cilantro prepared live, ensuring each taco bursts with vibrant, crisp flavors. The Tacos Al Pastor here are a revelation—not overly mixed but served with a distinct pineapple slice that adds a hint of sweetness, balancing tender, smoky pork seasoned just right. While there may be occasional chunks of pure fat, it’s a trade-off many regulars accept for authenticity’s sake.

The beef burrito, as noted by many, is a meal you won’t soon forget—made swiftly, packed generously, and served alongside complimentary tortilla chips that provide the perfect crunchy contrast. The balance of fresh avocado, ripe tomatoes, and crunchy onions in every bite creates a harmonious flavor profile that's both satisfying and refreshing. Portion sizes here are generous, making it an ideal spot for a quick yet fulfilling lunch.

One charming aspect is the open kitchen feel—customers can hear the chopping and smell the spices, forging a connection between diner and dish that’s rare in fast food today. Although the seating is non-existent, the vibrant, quick-service atmosphere encourages grabbing your food and enjoying it on the go. For early risers, there’s hope Super Tacos might one day offer breakfast options like chorizo tacos to pair with eggs and potatoes, adding more depth to an already impressive menu.

In conclusion, Super Tacos Food Truck lives up to its name with superior quality, fresh ingredients, and bold flavors that pay homage to classic Mexican street tacos. Whether you’re craving a perfectly balanced burrito or the punchy zest of an Al Pastor taco, this spot is a must-visit for any lover of genuine Mexican cuisine in the Mountain View area.
